Every track you download from iReelz comes with a license. The license type depends on your subscription plan at the time of download. Licenses are perpetual — they don't expire even if you cancel your plan.

When you download a track, you receive a license certificate (PDF) with a unique license ID. This is your proof of authorization to use the track. Keep it — you may need it if your video receives a Content ID claim.
Yes. Once you download a track, the license is yours forever. Even if you cancel your subscription, content you already published with a licensed track remains fully covered.
Licenses are non-transferable. They are issued to the account holder at the time of download. You cannot share, sell, or sublicense the tracks to third parties.
Use your license certificate PDF to dispute the claim. It contains your license ID, the track details, and usage terms that prove you have authorization to use the music.
Free licenses cover a single project per download. Creator Pro and Studio licenses cover unlimited projects. Each download generates a new license for your records.
