Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, whenever you like, in a couple of clicks: Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing → Cancel. No contracts and no fee. Your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

What is the difference between Lite and Creator Pro?

Lite moves you to the advanced writing model with all 3 caption takes, scripts of every length and unlimited history: captions for 3 posts a day, 1 script, 1 trend scan and 5 AI Chat messages. Creator Pro raises those to 6 posts, 2 scripts, 2 trend scans and 10 messages, and adds video analysis with IPS scoring, 8 Creator Tools a day, weekly channel snapshots, and one a week each of a YouTube long-form script, Competitor Blueprint, Audience Pulse, Viral Formula and Thumbnail Psychology.

Is there a fair-use limit?

A monthly fair-use limit applies to each paid plan. Extra use past it runs on credits. It sits well above what everyday use of every daily allowance comes to, and resets at the start of each month.

What if I need more than my plan includes?

Credits keep you creating past any cap, on every plan. When you reach one, a top-up opens right there; you can also buy ahead in Settings → Plan & billing. A caption is 1 credit, a video script or a trend analysis 2 credits, a Trend Waves or Trend Pulse scan 1 credit, a YouTube long-form script 5 credits, a Competitor Blueprint 2 credits, and Audience Pulse, Viral Formula or Thumbnail Psychology 1 credit each. Credits never expire and are spent only once your plan's allowance is used.

What languages are supported?

iReelz supports 12 languages for caption generation including English, Hinglish, Punjabi, Urdu, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic. Every language is available on every plan, including the free Starter plan — your daily generation limit is the same whichever one you write in.

Are motion templates, music and LUTs included in a plan?

Motion templates are. Starter includes 1 free template. Lite includes any 5 different templates each billing month and Creator Pro any 15: a template counts the first time you export it in the month, and you can export it again as often as you like until the count resets on your billing date (on a yearly plan, on that day each month). Browsing and previewing never count. Want one past your plan's count, or on Starter? Buy it outright and it's yours for good, on any plan, without counting. Music albums and LUT packs are not part of any plan: you buy them outright and they work on every account, including Starter. Buy a paid LUT pack with an album in the same order and the album is 25% off.

Is there a free trial?

Not on its own. When you buy a paid LUT pack, your account can start 7 days of Lite, free: no card, Lite's daily allowances, 2 templates to export for the whole trial, and a fair-use limit scaled to the week. It ends by itself and your account goes back to Starter; nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe. One trial per account, and not for accounts that are or have been subscribers. If you subscribe afterwards, your first payment still carries the 7-day money-back guarantee.

What happens to my templates if I cancel?

Every video you exported while subscribed stays licensed to you, to keep using as you were. Templates you bought outright stay unlocked. The rest lock again when your plan ends, and your saved edits wait in the Studio if you come back.

Question 10

Do I need to credit iReelz when using generated captions or music?

Accepted Answer

Captions and scripts never need a credit. Music is sold as albums, not as part of a plan: an album with a personal licence requires a "Music by iReelz" credit, while commercial and broadcast licences need no attribution.
