At iReelz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This policy is part of our Terms of Use.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of any subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of a charge, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

  • The 14-day window applies to every subscription charge, including renewals.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the charge.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@ireelz.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Once a refund is processed, your access to paid features will be revoked and your account will revert to the free Starter plan.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund: Returns the payment for the current billing period. Access to paid features is revoked upon processing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings.
