It usually lands within a minute. If it hasn't:
If you signed up with the wrong address, just sign up again with the right one.
Confirmation links work for one hour and can only be opened once. Two common reasons you'd see this:
No. Confirmation and password-reset links work in whichever browser or device you open them on. If you see a "your email is confirmed" screen instead of being signed in, that's from an older email; sign in with your password and you're through.
Open Sign in and tap Forgot? next to the password field. We email a reset link that works for one hour. Signed in already? Settings → Security → Send reset link does the same thing.
Passwords need at least 6 characters. If you signed up with Google there's no password; use Continue with Google.
Not from Settings yet. Email support@ireelz.com from your current address with the new one and we'll switch it for you. Your purchases, licences and history stay with the account.
Settings → Your data → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and can't be undone. It removes:
Any subscription is cancelled at the same time so you're not charged again. The current billing period isn't refunded. Download your music licence PDFs from Settings → Licences first if you'll need them.
Starter is free, forever: a caption for 1 post a day (Take A), 1 short script a day, 1 AI Chat message a day, all 12 languages, the shared trend scans, and history kept for 24 hours. Live video analysis starts on Lite, or 2 credits run one on any plan.
Lite ($11.99/mo): captions for 3 posts a day with all three takes on each, 1 script a day of any length, 1 trend scan a day across Trend Analyzer, Trend Waves and Trend Pulse, 5 AI Chat messages, and unlimited saved history.
Creator Pro ($29.99/mo): captions for 6 posts a day, 2 scripts, 2 trend scans and 10 AI Chat messages, video analysis with IPS scoring, Creator Tools, weekly channel snapshots, and one a week each of a YouTube long-form script, Competitor Blueprint, Audience Pulse, Viral Formula and Thumbnail Psychology.
A monthly fair-use limit applies to each paid plan; extra use past it runs on credits. Prices are in USD, shown in your currency at checkout, tax included. Yearly billing is ten months for twelve. Full comparison on the Pricing page.
Credits are bought in packs, work on every plan including Starter, and never expire. They let you keep going once you've used your plan's allowance: 1 per caption, 2 per script or trend analysis, 1 per Trend Waves or Trend Pulse scan, 5 per YouTube long-form script, 2 per Competitor Blueprint, and 1 each for Audience Pulse, Viral Formula and Thumbnail Psychology. Thumbnail Lab runs on these too (a set of three concepts is 12 credits at 2K or 8 at 1080p).
Packs open right where you reach a cap, or buy ahead in Settings → Plan & billing. Motion templates don't use credits: they come with Lite and Creator Pro each month, or are bought outright.
First subscription payment: a 7-day money-back guarantee, once per customer, as long as you've used less than half your daily allowances on average, spent no credits and downloaded no music. A free Lite trial before it doesn't use the guarantee up.
Renewals: a monthly renewal can be refunded within 72 hours if you haven't used the service since the charge. An annual charge can be refunded within 14 days, pro-rated for days used.
Credit packs: refundable within 14 days if none of the credits are spent; otherwise the unspent balance from that pack.
LUT packs, albums and templates: no change-of-mind refunds, but duplicates, undelivered purchases, charges made in error and faulty files are always refunded. A pack and an album bought together are one order: either can be refunded on its own for what was paid for it, and refunding the whole order takes back both, along with a Lite trial it unlocked.
To ask, email support@ireelz.com from your account email, or use the order link in your Stripe receipt. We reply within two business days; refunds take 5–10 business days to land. A subscription refund ends paid access immediately. The full Refund policy has the detail.
Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing opens your billing portal, where you can cancel or update your card. Cancelling keeps your plan running until the end of the period you've paid for; nothing is charged after that. To move to a different plan, use Change plan on the same screen.
We email a reminder about 15 days before each renewal, with a link to manage or cancel.
Payments are taken by Stripe, so receipts and invoices come from Link (Stripe's checkout), not from us, and go to your account email. You can also open past invoices from Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. On your statement the charge appears as LINK.COM* IREELZ.
Starter is free for as long as you like. A free trial of Lite comes with a paid LUT pack: 7 days, no card, Lite's daily allowances and 2 templates to export, and it ends by itself with nothing charged. One per account, and not for current or past subscribers; start it from the page after your purchase or the link in your pack email. Yearly billing charges ten months for twelve, which the Pricing page shows as "2 months free".
It depends on the album tier you bought, not your subscription. Music isn't part of any plan. Every licence is perpetual, worldwide and non-exclusive.
Under every licence you can't resell or redistribute the audio, claim it as your own, upload it to Spotify or Apple Music, register it with Content ID, or use it to train AI. The Music licence page has the full terms.
Our music has no samples, no third-party composers and isn't registered with Content ID, but automated systems sometimes match it anyway. To clear it:
IRLZ-XXXXXXXX). Anyone can check it at ireelz.com/verify.Every certificate has a unique number and a QR seal on the PDF. Anyone can open ireelz.com/verify, enter the number (or scan the seal) and see the track or album, licence tier, issue date and status, with no sign-in. Your email is never shown.
Yes, for one personal, non-monetised project per download on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, with "Music by iReelz" in the description. Each download comes with its own certificate in your name. A free account gets two free downloads a day. For monetised videos, sponsored posts or client work, buy the album.
Three places: inside the album zip you downloaded, under Settings → Licences, and in My library → Licences. You can re-download it as many times as you like.
Only for free tracks and Lite albums: put "Music by iReelz" in the description. Creator Pro and Studio licences don't need a credit line.
Each pack downloads as one zip. Inside: .cube files (one per camera profile, log and standard), a Resolve (DCTL) folder, a Look only folder for colour-managed workflows on log packs, and a README. Unzip first, then:
.cube file.Camera LUTs expect the original log signal, so apply them before other colour work. Per-editor guides: Resolve, Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Filmora.
The zip is built in your browser at download time, so an interrupted connection can leave a broken file. Delete it and download again from My library → LUT packs (or → Albums). There's no limit on re-downloads. The Everything Bundle downloads as one zip per pack, not one big file.
Still broken on the second try? Tell us the pack name and we'll look into it.
All in My library. Owned holds your albums, LUT packs and licences, yours to keep with no expiry. Saved by you holds exports, Studio designs and playlists.
Exports are kept for 7 days, then removed. They also take a slot: Starter holds 2 at a time, Lite 5, Creator Pro 10. Files over 50 MB, most ProRes exports among them, are not kept at all: they download to your device only. Download anything you want to keep to your own device. Purchases and licences are separate and never expire.
DJI Osmo Pocket 3, Action 5 Pro and Action 6; Insta360 Luna Ultra; and iPhone 16, 16 Pro, 17 and 17 Pro. Each has settings per colour profile (Normal, D-Log M, HLG, Apple Log, ProRes and so on): ISO, shutter, white balance, ND and stabilisation. See Camera presets.
At midnight in your time zone, set under Settings → Preferences → Timezone. The Captions page shows "X of Y today". Daily captions: Starter 1, Lite 3, Creator Pro 6. On any plan you can keep going past the cap with generation credits (1 per caption).
Twelve, on every plan including Starter: English, Hinglish, Punjabi, Urdu, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic. Set your default under Settings → Preferences → Language.
Starter includes the free template. Lite includes any 5 different templates each billing month and Creator Pro any 15. A template counts the first time you export it in the month; after that you can export it as often as you like until the count resets on your billing date (on a yearly plan, that day each month). Browsing, previewing and editing never count, and the Studio shows how many you've used.
Past your count, or on Starter, you can buy any template outright: it's yours for good on any plan and never counts. If you cancel, everything you exported stays licensed to you, and templates you bought stay unlocked.
Exporting happens in your browser. The first ProRes export loads a ~30 MB encoder, so give it a moment; later exports start straight away. ProRes files are usually larger than the library's 50 MB limit, so the download is the copy to keep.
No plan needed; it runs on generation credits. A set of three concepts is 12 credits at 2K or 8 at 1080p; regenerating one is 2; adding your face is 5; a photo or cutout is 1. If a render fails, or we can't find a subject in your photo, the credits come back.
Competitor Blueprint runs on any plan: one a week is included with Creator Pro, and otherwise each one is 2 generation credits. Video Maker isn't part of the current plans; accounts that already had it keep it.
Trend Analyzer, Trend Waves and Trend Pulse share one daily allowance of trend scans: 1 on Lite, 2 on Creator Pro. Video analysis with the IPS score comes with Creator Pro.
Yes. Email support@ireelz.com from your account address and ask for a copy; we respond within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy policy. There isn't a self-serve export button yet.
Every digest has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom that works without signing in; press the button on the page it opens. Signed in, you can also switch it off from the Email me daily trends button on the Trends page (it reads Daily trends on while it's on). It's off by default and only available on Creator Pro.
We don't send marketing newsletters. Receipts (from Link) and password-reset emails still arrive; those can't be turned off.
Account data, generation history and uploads stay until you delete them or your account. On Starter, saved scripts are removed after 30 days; on paid plans they're kept. Library exports go after 7 days. Usage events go after 90 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires; we never store card numbers. Full detail in the Privacy policy.
