How to read this chart
How is “trending on YouTube in United States” ranked here?+
By views per hour, not total views. Every video on this page is from YouTube's own trending chart for United States, filtered to the Comedy category; iReelz measures how fast each one is gaining views and puts the fastest first. A video with fewer total views can rank above one with more if it is climbing faster.
How often does this page update?+
The scan behind it runs every three hours. The page is rebuilt from the latest scan, and the timestamp under the heading is when that scan ran, in UTC.
What do “breaking”, “early wave” and “rising” mean?+
They describe where a video is on its curve. Breaking and early-wave videos are gaining views faster than their total suggests — the audience is still arriving. Rising and peak videos are near the top of their climb. Trending means the video has settled into a steady rate. For a creator, breaking and early are the ones worth reacting to today.
