How it plays
It answers the question a long-form viewer actually asks, which is not "what is this about" but "how much of this is left". Export one per chapter and let each freeze under its segment; the live segment fills to where you set it and stops, because a full segment says the chapter is over while you are still talking.

The GLASS family
GLASS panels are frosted dark — translucent charcoal with a blurred edge and a hairline border. They sit on darker, contrastier footage: night streets, studio setups with a lit subject on a dark ground, gameplay, screen recordings. On a bright white kitchen they vanish, which is exactly why FROST exists.
