Daily Glow: Loading
A free Daily Glow Loading template for the #dailyglowloading trend: the get-ready-with-me loading percentage for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Shorts. You film three to eight short clips going from pyjamas to the finished look, and a plain on-screen number jumps up on every cut, 0% to 35% to 80% to 100%. It exports as one transparent GRWM overlay with every step timed in it.

What it's for
A free Daily Glow Loading template for the #dailyglowloading trend: the get-ready-with-me loading percentage for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Shorts. You film three to eight short clips going from pyjamas to the finished look, and a plain on-screen number jumps up on every cut, 0% to 35% to 80% to 100%. It exports as one transparent GRWM overlay with every step timed in it.
How to use it
- Film your clips: three to eight short shots of the same spot, from pyjamas to the finished look.
- Open the template in the Studio and set a % and a length for each step, one step per clip. Pick Typewriter or Bold top.
- Export the transparent overlay and lay it over your clips, cutting each clip to its step’s length.
- Post in Instagram and add the trending sound from the app’s audio library: “Windows in Brazil (Sped Up)”.
Reach for it when
- A morning routine or get-ready-with-me, cut from just woke up to ready to leave
- Skincare, makeup or hair in stages: eye patches, base, the finished look
- A gym fit, an outfit build or a glow-up for an event, one clip per step
- A brand deal shot as a GRWM, where the product lands at one of the steps
How it plays
It copies the trend rather than polishing it. The text is what you would type in the Instagram app: a white typewriter label over the % at chest height, or a big pale-yellow % near the top in a heavy sans. There is no progress bar, no box, no glow and no count-up; the number is a hard swap on the frame each step starts, which is how the trend reads. A very soft shadow keeps white type legible on a pale wall, and everything sits inside Instagram’s safe zone, clear of the account row up top, the caption and audio at the foot and the buttons on the right. Set two to ten steps, each with its own % and length; the file runs exactly as long as the steps.
Not the right pick when
A countdown or a timer that has to agree with real seconds of work — that is the Interval Timer. A numbered tutorial step that holds under a whole segment is the Step Marker.
