Interval Timer
Work and rest, in real seconds. A dial pops on and its ring drains in your colour through each work phase while the seconds count down in the middle, with the move and the round under it. In the rest the ring refills in blue and the next move shows. The last three seconds of every phase pulse, and when the final round runs out the dial reads done.

Reach for it when
- Follow-along workouts and HIIT, where viewers do the session with you
- Tabata and EMOM clips, with the round count doing the motivating
- A single exercise demo with a work time on it, so the clip doubles as the instruction
How it plays
The timer runs on the clock rather than on beats: a 20-second work phase is 20 seconds of your clip, so it agrees with the footage under it. Because of that, the clip is the workout — set work, rest and rounds and the export is exactly as long as the session with two seconds of DONE at the end. A clip runs up to a minute, so a longer session is a few exports, one per block. Work is your colour and rest is always a cool blue, so the phase reads from across the room without the label. The last three seconds pulse because that is when people look up.
Not the right pick when
A countdown to a date — that is the Event Countdown. A count-up of days on a journey is the Trip Counter.
