Just Listed
The listing opener. A square kicker block in your colour lands first — Just Listed, For Sale, New to Market or Auction — the address settles in serif under it, the suburb line and a short rule follow, then the price with what it is beside it, and the four spec chips tick across. Over your own walkthrough footage, holding for the voiceover.

Reach for it when
- The first two seconds of every listing reel, before the walkthrough starts
- A new-to-market post on the agency’s own account, where the address is the hook
- An auction campaign: the kicker says Auction and the price line says the guide
How it plays
Hard corners and tracked caps are the whole design: a rounded pill reads as a sticker, a square block reads as a signboard. The address is Bodoni so it carries the frame; everything else steps back in the brand sans. Each spec chip drops when its field is empty, so a land-only listing or a studio apartment never shows a blank. The Sits field snaps the lockup to the lower or upper third, and you can drag it anywhere from there.
Not the right pick when
A price on its own — that is Price Tag. A full data strip — that is Spec Plate. The result at the end of the campaign is the Sold stamp, next in this family.
