The inspection card, the post an agent puts up on Thursday for Saturday. A hard-cornered card slides up over your walkthrough: the kicker in small caps, the day and time in serif, the address, a rule drawing across, then the note on the left and the agent tag on the right. It holds, so the time is on screen for as long as the clip runs.

Reach for it when
- The open-home announcement, two days out, on the agency’s account and the agent’s own
- A private-viewing or inspection-by-appointment post, where the kicker says so
- An auction-on-site reminder the morning of, with the address large
How it plays
The day and time are the only serif on the card, so they carry it; everything else is the brand sans in small sizes. The kicker is a square and tracked caps, not a pill, because an inspection notice is a document. The agent tag is where the brand kit’s handle lands, so an agency’s whole team can post the same card under their own name. White reads on most footage; Dark is for a pale, bright clip.
