What it's for

The review's call with the condition attached. Your verdict set huge in bare type, an accent rule, then the "if" that qualifies it. No stars and no badge.

Reach for it when

  • Gear, tech and product reviews at the moment of judgement
  • Comparison videos landing on a recommendation
  • Any review where the honest answer is "depends who you are"

How it plays

The condition is the most useful half of the sentence and every other review template throws it away. Nothing is good in the abstract — "worth it, if you shoot handheld" is a usable recommendation where four stars is not. Bare type with no badge keeps it reading as your judgement rather than a scoring system.

Not the right pick when

The specs the verdict rests on. Use the Spec Plate to carry those, then land this after it.

The TRAIL family

TRAIL is the journey set, built for creators posting an ongoing thing — a ride, a walk, a build, a challenge. None of them contain a button or a cursor. They ask by leaving something visibly unfinished, which is a different psychology from a subscribe click.
