Phone Video LUTs — Fix & Grade iPhone and Android Footage

Phone cameras bake contrast and saturation into every clip, so film LUTs built for log footage break them. This pack is tuned for Rec.709 phone video: correct first, stylize gently, never crush.

Use these on iPhone or Android footage shot in the stock camera app. For iPhone ProRes Log, use the cinematic or signature packs with the Apple Log footage type instead.

Every LUT downloads at the strength you choose — set 50, 70 or 100% in the LUT Library preview and it's baked into the .cube. That means the look works at your chosen strength even in camera apps and editors with no LUT-intensity control, and pulling it back never washes out the log conversion the way an editor's mix slider does.

100%

The strength you pick is baked into the .cube you download.

Every LUT in this pack

  • Phone Fix — Neutral

    FREE

Undoes the over-processed phone look: tames harsh contrast, recovers blown highlights, and eases oversaturation back to natural. The "make it look right again" baseline.

  • Daylight Clean

    FREE

For outdoor and daylight phone clips — neutral white balance, soft highlight recovery for skies and snow, and gentle vibrance that lifts landscapes without going neon.

  • Soft Cinematic

    LITE

A dialed-back film look that survives 8-bit footage — faint teal shadows, gently warm highlights, and modest contrast. Cinematic vibe without the clipping.

  • Warm Natural

    LITE

Gentle golden warmth that flatters skin and vlogs shot on a phone — adds glow without an orange cast or clipped highlights.

  • Cool Crisp

    LITE

Clean modern cool tone for tech, street, and urban phone footage — neutral-cool balance with crisp but unclipped highlights.

  • Faded Matte

    PRO

Trendy lifted-shadow matte that works *because* it softens phone footage — gentle film fade, reduced saturation, no harsh edges.

How to use these LUTs

  1. Open the LUT Library, preview any grade on your own frame with the before/after slider, and download the .cube file.
  2. Import it into your editor — works in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Filmora and any other tool that reads 3D .cube LUTs.
  3. Pick the matching footage type before downloading (Standard, Apple Log, D-Log M, S-Log3, V-Log or C-Log3) and the log-to-Rec.709 conversion is baked in for you.
  4. Set the intensity slider before you download — the strength you pick is baked into the file, so 70% in the preview is exactly 70% in your edit.

How intensity works

Every preview has an intensity slider (0–100%). Whatever you set is rendered into the .cube itself — the file is regenerated at that strength, named accordingly (e.g. _70pct.cube), and looks identical in your editor to what you saw in the preview.

Why bake it in instead of using your editor's LUT-mix slider? Two reasons. Many tools have no per-LUT strength control at all — DaVinci Resolve hides it behind node key gain, and camera apps that load monitoring LUTs have none. And on log footage an editor's mix slider blends back toward the flat, grey log image, washing out the picture; our blend keeps the full log-to-Rec.709 conversion and fades only the creative grade on top of it.

Want the full-strength version too? Download at 100% as well — each strength is its own .cube file, and downloads are unlimited once a look is unlocked.
